The CW-809 series features an integrated, high-performance metal-oxide-semiconductor gas sensor that monitors levels of a range of gases (volatile organic compounds) that affect air quality, including toluene, which is emitted from wood, paint, and other building products, as well as other air pollutants such as cigarette smoke, ammonia, odors, alcohol, natural gas, and human body odor. The sensors have a service life of 5 to 7 years or more, low power consumption, and temperature and humidity compensation for more accurate measurements.
