Shipping Information

1. Warranty Coverage
Covered Products:
All low-voltage smart products provided (incl. cabling systems, security devices, smart home modules, networking equipment).
Terms:
Material/workmanship defects under normal use. Valid purchase proof required.

2. Warranty Period

Software 1 year Free version updates
OEM Contract-based Separate agreement

*Note: Core components = key modules (e.g. main control chips, sensors).

3. Exclusions

  • Physical damage (impacts, liquid ingress, unauthorized disassembly).
  • Force majeure (lightning, floods).
  • Compatibility issues with uncertified 3rd-party parts.

4. Global Service
Response:

  • APAC: 24hr on-site/call support.
  • EU/NA: 72hr solution (remote areas negotiable).
    Spare Parts: Free replacement or equivalent alternative.

5. Claim Process

  1. Submit SN code + fault description via portal.
  2. Remote/onsite diagnosis by engineers.
  3. Free repair (in-warranty) or transparent quotation.

6. Disclaimer
Not applicable to:

  • Second-hand/refurbished products.
  • Unauthorized parameter modifications.
