•The excess fiber length inside loose tubes and the stranding pitch are rationally designed and precisely controlled to achieve optimal fiber slack, providing excellent tensile strain performance and temperature stability.
•The loose tube material features good thermal performance, and is filled with moisture-resistant fiber compound to ensure long-term stable optical transmission performance.
•The central strength member adopts phosphated round steel wire with high Young’s modulus.
•All gaps inside loose tubes and the cable core are fully filled with moisture-blocking grease and compounds to achieve moisture resistance and prevent longitudinal water penetration.
•Longitudinally wrapped double-sided coated corrugated steel tape is tightly bonded with the PE sheath, ensuring radial moisture resistance and improving the cable's crush resistance.
•The cable has a small outer diameter, light weight, compact structure and excellent bending
performance.
